The Boards of Directors of subsidiaries within the Sagicor Group are reviewed on an annual basis to maintain and enhance independence and corporate governance across the Group. The Board of Sagicor Life Insurance Company was created on October 1st, 2005 and we are pleased to have a combination of vision, significant depth, relevance of knowledge and rich diversity in our Board members.
