Mr. Mills is the Vice-President, Administration of Sagicor Life Insurance Company. He joined Sagicor Life Insurance in September 2006. Mr. Mills graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Management and Insurance. He has more than 24 years experience in the life insurance industry.
